My good friend Jim Livesey produced this music video for Universal shot only with with gear he lists below and skeleton crew. I think he said it took less than a week to produce the entire production. Great work Jim!
Shot with the Canon 7d, Sigma 30mm 1.4 and Canon 15mm 2.8. Dolly shot was done using an Ikan dolly and Kessler track.

Philip Bloom takes HDSLR filmmaking to the THE level – a George Lucas film. For those of you who don’t know, Mr. Lucas has been talking about making a film about the Tuskegee Airmen since the early 80’s. So for Philip Bloom to be a part of this monumental production is not only a testament to Bloom’s skills as a filmmaker but also to the legitimacy of the HDSLR revolution as well.

Just bought a Canon 7D, and just started trying out it’s video functions. This was just a very quick test to see how well the slow motion would come out. My little brother is the boy in the video. The song was just slapped in there to add noise.

This is just apiece I shot last weekend for a client who came down from Portland Organ. Look, like I will be flying down there in two weeks to finish shooting this video, and I got another job as well.
